There are thousands of media outlets that have been built on the exploits and talents of Black creators. Unfortunately, too few provide news that empowers the Black community. They also lack one of the most critical elements - Black ownership. The Boulevard was designed to provide Black creators a platform to speak their minds and share a variety of views with the community in their own, authentic voices.
